The transfer window is managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher level clean area connected with it. For example, the transfer window connected between the printing code and the filling room should be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work, the operator in the clean area is responsible for wiping the inner surface of the transfer window and turning on the ultraviolet sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.

1. Materials entering and leaving the clean area must be strictly separated from the flow channel and passed through the special channel for materials in the production workshop.

2. When the materials enter, the raw materials shall be sent to the temporary storage room of the workshop through the transfer window after the process leader of the preparation class organizes the personnel to unpack or clean the surface. The inner package material is removed from the outer temporary storage room and sent to the inner package room through the transfer window. Workshop synthesizer and the person in charge of preparation and packaging process handle material handover.

3. When passing through the transfer window, the provision of "one open and one closed" for the inner and outer doors of the transfer window must be strictly implemented. The two doors cannot be opened at the same time. After the outer door is put into the material, close the door first, then open the inner door to take out the material, close the door, and so on.
